I admire and am trying to catch your confidence. I’m beyond frustrated that looking at these two people, anyone would consider not voting for Hillary.

Good, optimistic point! The recent closeness in the polls might really motivate Hillary supporters/Trump haters to vote. If women, millennials, people of color, and people who don’t want to watch the world burn turn out in large numbers, it will make all the difference.
TRUE. The Senate is looking iffy and some scumbags there are threatening to never confirm her Justice nominee(s), to investigate and impeach her... it’s going to be hellish. Sadly, lowercase-hell is now a best-case scenario.
I’m scared and don’t know where to flee/hide/how to cope. I was counting on a Hillary landslide and feeling so cocky for a little while there.
“OK, FINE, I’M BLACK! L-O-L! NOW LET ME TELL YOU WHY I LOVE MR. TRUMP! YOU GOT MY NAME FROM HIS DONOR LIST, RIGHT? I LOVE HIM FOR REMEMBERING ME EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT A BILLIONAIRE CELEBRITY!”
I’m terrified that this predator is going to win.
What a disgusting story man worm.
That headline got my attention FWTW.

I’d buy it! :)
It’s a common tendency. Your mean, correct friend has probably made a few choices along those lines herself. Maybe your book. could be Smart Women, Hopeless Choices? Smart Women, Hopeless Romantics? That’s pretty good, actually!
IF ONLY.
WHOA.
I hope not. I noticed it more later in the series, possibly because I read people commenting about it which made me kind of look for it.
I love her and the scent mostly sounds intriguing (“dark fruity notes” = awesome). I generally hate strawberry in perfume, though, because it tends to smell quite artificial IMO so idk, idk.
I feel like that’s her “frustrated” expression.
Everyone dies, but not necessarily soon.
Baking IS chemistry, lol! If a show gets it right, it’s worthwhile.
I’ll at least check out the NuGreatBritishBakeOff, but unless they get some amazing on-screen talent, I may not keep watching. Mary, Sue, and Mel = the show to me. You’re so right about the show encouraging the contestants to bond. I love how they support and help each-other. It’s refreshing and heart-warming.
I won’t spoil either but I’m happy with the winner, who was one of my faves from the first episode. The finalists all seem like lovely people though (and wonderful bakers!), and the friendships among all the bakers are adorable. Looking forward to Mary, Sue, and Mel’s newish baking show.
