Yep I read that but you and I both know they didn’t do it out of the kindness of their hearts. The way that politician was talking about those rumble strips it sounded like he had stock in the company. That city is probably gonna drop millions on installing those things and maintaining them.
Where did I say we should allow any jackass to speed anywhere they want? Punish the offenders and don’t let them screw it up for the rest of us.

I wonder. Does your insurance cover your vehicle while street racing yet ironically not cover your vehicle while racing on a controlled track environment?
California...we have lots of crappy roads in dire need of maintenance. Yet here we are spending thousands of dollars on making the good roads as crappy as the bad ones... instead of vice versa.
I’ve noticed that about 90% of the “one owner” cars on Craigslist.... are being sold by their second owners! Some even go so far as to say “I haven’t put my name on the title so you can be the second owner!”.
I’d pay extra for a 1 owner senior superbike over a squid owned bike that might have spent a lot of time doing 13,000+ rpm’s. It may not be the most logical decision I’ve ever made, but I’d probably throw a couple hundred extra bucks at such a bike.
