Ah yes, back when the Japanese were smoking the good shit. I miss this era of design weirdness.

I sure love mine!! :D
Lots of differences from the SCC. If anything I’d say the ECC ended up being closer to the eventual production car in terms of looks:
I really like that Judo, that short wheelbase would have made that fun thing to drive in the dirt and everywhere else. One day, a car maker is going to have the courage to present and build and sell a concept car.
yeah, the nose is almost dead on 1989 NSX. Almost like Honda liked what they saw in ‘87. Also has some of the coolest turbine wheels I’ve ever seen. Don’t look at it from the back though, it’s a bit of mess with swoopy tail lights (that obviously inspired the s14 240SX) grafted onto a Ferrari 348 with a pop-up engine.
I’ve never wanted anything more than I currently want that Nissan Civilian Camper. In that color. Exactly that car, in fact.
Rick and Morty? He needs to watch The Venture Brothers.
“Pffft”
Texas or frostbite. That is one hell of a sadistic choice laid out there. I think, on balance, frostbite wins it.
Hopefully the review covers
If I had hit a vehicle in the same manner, and tried to use the excuse that a normal driver would have reversed to get out of my way, and tried to impart some of the blame on the autonomous vehicle, I’d be laughed right out of the building.

“I made a commercial to help sell my girlfriend’s used 1996 Honda Accord (a very Meh Car).”
RIP Samurai. RIP.
It seems kind of wrong to be giving a reliability score without any sort of testing, and labeling it as such. It should probably be a ‘predicted reliability’ rating instead.
Actual image of the cops who manned those towers:
That wasn’t really all that uncommon in the era.
It’s cute you think we will be allowed to drive a car in 2042
I had a Del Sol too! I used to think it was small on the inside. It was downright cavernous compared to the S2000.
