I agree. It would be cool if you shoved it full of rockets tho’. Spy car on the cheap. I always thought Top Gear should do a segment where the three each make there own spy car on the cheap and the Hamster would chose rocket launcher Del Sol.

It’s probably your door latches. They need to be spot welded because they crack.

Much cooler especially if it had the B18C putting down 200hp.

I almost upgraded to the S2000 but missed the extra cabin and trunk space too much. (Also the gas mileage hit seemed weird.)

First time I saw one I thought it was stupid and said to a friend you could just get a hatchback for the same price. Fifteen years later I needed a commuter when gas neared the $5 a gallon range and looked at so may 90's civics in poor shape. Stumbled on upon a Del Sol for $2,700 bucks and was happy with the head room

Cool mechanics but lame framed windows on the doors.

You could buy several Del Sols for the price of that Porsche top tho’.

If you want fun get the DOHC model/trim. If you want practical commuter just get the Si so you don’t have to pay for premium gas. As long as you get the later Si or VTEC edition they handle well stock. Slap on some Koni Yellows and they are even more fun to drive in the corners.

I have an aftermarket targa top for mine. It’s a tinted acrylic stuff that they use for the Corvette tops as well. No flexing issues and it’s pretty light maybe ten pounds.

Logging roads... where the only rule is biggest vehicle makes the rules. If they just want to drive down the center it’s on you to figure out how to get around them, because by the time they find your corpse seasons will have changed (If they even find it at all).

Convertible with a detachable lumber rack...yeah I’m weird.

Crappy stock tires?

“Russa’s involvement in Syria proves that it’s far behind the Western World”

This is the picture that made me think Samba was a cool color.

Definitely the floor mats. I spent $125 bucks for a like new set of OEM floor mats....

That’s not dumb... it’s a 3d “to do” mod checklist.

I’ll l̶o̶o̶k̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ witness you in the school drop off line!

And yet the one off vehicle they decide to actually mod for speed was in fact their SUV so the irony still holds.

Isn’t just a bit weird that some 70's motorhomes get 12mpg while a forty years newer much smaller pickup gets about the same.
