I’m pretty sure the governor on the third gen manual 4Runner’s is 112mph. It’s a fairly reasonable place to say “that’s probably fast enough...”. The engine has more to give but the aero starts getting pretty unstable up there.

First thing I thought of was worst upgrade has to be a V12. Second thing I thought of was 4Runners. I’d go with the first generations 6 cylinder being worse then the 4 as an example myself tho’.
