I’m under the impression that he didn’t use her name, but only told the story. The same story that she signed an affidavit as proof to be true. I don’t see the issue, he didn’t talk about the settlement, just told the story and left her name out.

AFM. GM decided to shut down 4 cylinders on the 5.3L at interstate speeds. Now almost every single one, including mine, burns oil at 100K. I’m not sure the science of it, but I know that it’s pretty well documented.
