I think this is mostly about re branding the name and correcting issues with credit card reward points. I think on wallet users don’t get double points for gas and things like that because they don’t show up as what was actually purchased, just a general transaction.

The pipes they use are black cast iron and I am pretty sure that the water picks up minerals from the cast iron. Also it is stagnant. Unless someone changes something, here at least, they never get changed.
I've done some construction in commercial settings before and I can almost 100% tell you that it's water from the sprinkler system. It smells terrible and is always a black color like that. They need to get it fixed soon, because that leak is apparently small compared to what normally comes out of those pipes.
