@XenoMorphPT: I run only portable apps whenever possible. Firefox with 80ish extensions for serious surfing, Chrome (or Iron) for speed. I will give this a try, just for variety.

I wish that you could select which folders were synced with the cloud folder, and the rest where just synced between computers, a la Livefolders (or whatever it is called now.) That would make it easy to avoid the size limit.

OMG! I own part of Skype! Well, as a contributor to CPP, (Canada Pension Plan) I kinda will profit from it if I live to 60. Cool.
I'm an occasional Chrome use (for quick lookups) and just put the Xmarks page as my home page in Chrome.
I use both, and even though I love OneNote, my vote can't go there. Why? Portable apps have changed my life. Multiple computers, external HDD, USB stick, all same-same.
@atomicrabbit: It's not a contradiction. What I need and what I think are wonderful are not even in the same ballpark. Province. Galaxy. outerfringe notes a fair discrepancy between the two.
