When the C3 Corvette ditched its chrome bumpers for plastic (technically this happened over 2 years as the ’73 added the rear plastic bumper but kept the front chrome and the ’74 went full plastic).

That’s a new generation, not a facelift.
Its most natural competitor the Supra starts at $50k. Back in the 90s the Z32 was a several grand cheaper than the MkIV across the various equivalent trim levels. If anything, $40k for a new Z with the VR30DDTT in 400 hp tune is kind of a bargain.
It’s not bad at all, like whatever colors you like.
My wife’s gas CX-5 average 21-22 in mostly city driving. Just saying.
Speaking from experience with my wife’s 2018 CX-5 with AWD & the NA 2.5, which rarely sees highway driving, she’s averaging about 21-22 mpg. If a particular tank involves more highway driving than usual for her car, we might push the average mpg up to the 24-25 range for the tank.
Actually now that I think about it we had the windows open on Saturday and my shopping was on Sunday, when it wasn't quite as warm, but still well above average for January. She was the one who opened up the windows on Saturday so she probably wouldn't have questioned my choice of clothing then.
1982 baby here. I grew up in a fairly wealthy part of the DC suburbs, but in the early-mid 90s when these were new it was a semi-low-key area where people didn’t want to be too ostentatious with their wealth. Plenty of nice cars, but full-on exotics were very rare. S-Classes, 7-Series and 911s were about as hard as…
Ah, yeah I figured that could be another reason for the limited scope. I haven’t read the books.
Was anyone else a bit let down with season 4? It felt to me like Amazon picked up the show but gave them a much smaller budget, so the solution was to have the whole season confined to one single planet. The scope and stakes felt much smaller than previous seasons, which was disappointing because the ring gates were…
Never underestimate the power of “but that’s how we’ve always done it” in a workplace. That phrase is the biggest enemy of common sense I’ve encountered in all my years of working in many different companies.
And yet, the Taurus is cramped on the inside compared to other similarly-sized cars like the Avalon.
Roku does similar deep linking right now.
Former Madison resident here. In Wisconsin, the cities of Milwaukee and Madison are reliably blue. The rest of the state keeps getting redder. The difference-maker in statewide elections is usually how many POC in Milwaukee and Madison show up to the polls. Those POC communities are jaded as hell and do not blindly…
Here is a pagoda SL in a lovely green with a roof rack on the removable roof. According to the owner this was a supposedly-rare example with only the removable roof and no convertible soft top. Normally I hate roof racks but I’ll give this one a pass. This was at the Rockville Antique & Classic Car Show.
There’s no added protein in that, or most other, pre-work out.
There’s a Food Lion by my gym that seems to always sell the Mio bottles for $2.99. Come on down! That tropical flavor is pretty good too. I have one on my desk at work right now haha.
I mostly drink this stuff at work and hacking a SodaStream for my desk feels a little extreme when I can instead just walk down the hall to the water cooler.
Well, before you start taking a bunch of workout supplements, best to look into whether their intended effects are desirable for you.
