Honestly they just need to turn OW1 back on. Let those of us that actually enjoyed the game have our slice of fun and leave all the overhauled trash fire that is OW2 for the people that like that.

No need to bind a key for “Force Run”. Just click and hold the left mouse button down and you’ll move in whatever direction the cursor is, continually. To attack just hold shift and you’ll stop moving and start attacking.
I hope these kinds of constant tweaks and nerfs aren’t the design philosophy going forward and this is all just because the game launches tomorrow. Because I really hate the whole micromanagement mindset of the live service model constantly screwing up the things I actually find fun in video games...
No it was the weakest class or close. It had one very good build but it wasn’t as good as several other classes’ really good builds and those classes had generally more options (beside maybe barbarian but their very good build was orders of magnitude more powerful than everyone else’s before they nerfed it to the…
Necro isn’t -that- strong, certainly not at Barbarian or Rogue levels when it comes to the late game anyway. Not to mention they’ve buffed the weak aspects of Necro - the summons. Good for levelling but they fell off hard.
Everything on the internet is ephemeral; eventually, greed takes down every site, every service, every game....
Why...would you hire additional people with “AI expertise” when you...could just have hired more artists instead? This technology has sent people mad.
Did you play Diablo 3 on launch? The droprate was very obviously impacted by the presence of the real money AH, and that affected the flow of the entire game. Ignoring the AH in no way solved the problems caused by the RMAH.
A more visionary, a little further-out look at what we might get: https://arxiv.org/abs/2304.03442
Exactly.
That was already the case with the current location, though. If you could travel to Florida, or lived there, that’s great. If not, then you’re SOL.
This is just depressing to hear, and it’s exactly DeSantis and the GOP’s goal. Write vaguely defined laws that are so arbitrary that you could make the case for anything falling under them, wait for people to censor themselves, and go after anyone who doesn’t. We saw it with the Don’t Say Gay law, and we’re seeing it…
First they came for the Communists
How about go to a different state in the future
given how many games have to either be online or patch before they can even launch it’s very symbolic at this point. If Steam or any of the consoles dies I’m just hitting the high seas and always, always keep a full stock of roms for every major console N64 and older on hand so if it all goes away I still have my…
FFXIII-2 was the last physical release I bought...haven’t really regretted it yet
Maybe we will see more connection between the games in, Alan Wake II. Like we saw with the AWE dlc. And then hopefully have a Control 2 to finish the overreaching arcs.
I realize that I’m a data point of one, but as the price of new games rises, so decreases the frequency with which I buy new games.
Look, I’m all for consumer rights, and for telling corporations to **** themselves. But it is honestly stupidly amazing we’ve managed to hold the line at $60 for so long, and $70 is probably honestly overdue.
Right. Just stop playing video games. Thank you for pointing out the obvious. If gas is too expensive, just stop driving. If you can’t afford rent, just live in the street. There’s always a choice!
