At this point, they’d be talking publicly about assassination.

As a very active President with lots of things happening, it is not possible for my surrogates to stand at podium with perfect accuracy!....

I prefer The Wire though....

He’s the kind of loser who walks into the brothel to ask for a S/M experience, they take one look at him, double the price, and have the janitor do it.

Me this whole time

You just know Ted Cruz turned to the nearest staffer afterwards and said, “Nailed it”.

The fact that he asks every question like a smug, condescending fuck only makes the smackdowns so much sweeter. You know he thinks he looks authoritative and intimidating, when in reality he’s making himself look like a guy who’s just begging to get his balls demolished

She is my fucking hero. As I was watching I wanted to punch him in the face. Then she fucking did it. I had a moment.

I actually and truly screamed when she finished her answer. Bless that woman.

He did not meet his goal. He looked foolish and uninformed except to those who have selective deafness when women speak.

There’s something extra satisfying about her pwning every idiotic, deflecting GOP Senator in a soothing country drawl. If they’re smart, they don’t ask her questions in public ever again.

Also, despite what the media makes you believe, attorneys do not know a terrible amount of citations off the top of their heads, it is asinine to lecture her about not knowing the cite instead of just reading it to her.

There was an earlier moment in the Cruz/Yates exchange that really pissed me off and makes Yates’ response so much more delicious. Cruz asks Yates if she was familiar with 8 U.S.C. 1182 and she says “not at the top of my head, no.”

I lost patience with it in the first 10 minutes (I did stick it out and watch the first episode though). I hate that halted quick-bite conversation that is supposed to be realistic but has zero context. The characters were annoying as shit, the acting sucked, and the show itself was about as interesting as watching

Is it possible that Ted Cruz is not a great constitutional scholar or master debater...?

Boy, first we find out Paul Ryan isn’t a policy expert and now this. My faith in the party of Lincoln is starting to waver, guys...

Yes, it was bad, and I love Pretty Little Liars.

Not even good enough for a hate watch is brutal in both its accuracy and brevity. Also I’m definitely using “accident of scandal” from now on. Brava!

I stuck it out for about three episodes before also declaring it unwatchable. I knew I was probably going to have some issues with it because I’m a survivor of suicide loss, but everything from the story to the actors to weird production choices (I mean, for the love of God, cassettes? Tatted up kids?) got me to tap

Thank you.

Purely anecdotal, but I heard zero kids discussing this show before the school board sent out panicky letters to parents. Now they’ve all seen it.
