It takes an extra 10 minutes to go look at comps of cars listed to see if the car you want is higher or lower than MSRP market wise. Every car VROOM sells usually gets temp tags from Florida. This kind of BS would get worse for people trying to get their tags and needed documentation, holy shit. Fuck VROOM and this entire shitty ass model.

I had a 2019 Passport Elite for a short while. Someone below complained of the NVH levels and that is true on this car. I don’t know why but this feels very old truck/SUV like. It was fine for the most part, but not soft or quiet or happy to turn aggressively.

Yea seen that. You can sometimes figure out based on the photos what hub they used. I believe they have a Chicago and NYC hub. Plus their Dallas one. They also title everything in TX then move it to FL because it’s the cheapest place to do temp tags. But it’s the ONLY state I believe that limits you to two temp tags…

I would agree that Vroom is a level of hell below Carvana. I’ve bought and sold two cars with Vroom. I could write a doctorate about that nightmare and failure process (yet I did it twice).
