It was decent, problem was for most people (outside of Ohio St. fans and Carolina fans) their next thought was: "who's that?"

I agree, at first it was funny but it's becoming depressingly bad.

I should notify the Browns that you've been using their team photo without permission.

Speaking of the Pac-12, I find it interesting that they have not had a Final Four team since 2008 and a national champion since 1997.

You guys have Durant all wrong. He's luring the media into a trap so he can lay the blame on them this summer when he goes to the Lakers.

You don’t hear about Boston too much but before the new Yankee Stadium (and the fan gentrification), you heard announcers talk about the batteries. As for Detroit and the Palace Incident, that was nearly a full-scare riot. Jim Grey (who witnessed the Tyson bite) seemed pretty shaken. You had random fans walking on the

Yeah but that's not coming out of the Athletic Department's revenues (just some bag man with way too much time and money on their hands).

I say let players just focus on their sport. Let’s not be naïve, a large portion of players aren't really qualified and the school for their part admits them know that full well.

I’m sure those “brilliant” administrators and their numerous degrees can sort out this issue.

That’s always the argument thrown out by administrators. My solution: you see all those fancy degrees that the administrators love showing off? How about they apply the brainpower they used to attain those and solve this problem.

It’s the only position with purely subjective criteria and nobody who votes ever really pays attention close enough to make an informed decision. They just say “Oh, that guy? Yeah, I’ve heard of him and he was there last year. I’m voting for him.”

Probably the most overrated NFL coach of all-time. Almost any half-decent NFL coach would have won that 1985 Super Bowl. It's a testament to him that they didn't win multiple Super Bowls.

I also remember watching Deion’s Beyond the Glory years ago and he talked about the pouring water on Tim McCarver incident. He was nearly in tears talking about how he was afraid for the media backlash that he would get for "doing the right thing (McCarver had criticized him in on a radio show about playing two

If there is one good point Jason Whitlock ever had it was this: with all this clamor for playoffs, lost upon most people is the fact these players aren't paid (at least officially) and we'll not be subjecting their health (and unpaid labor) to more games.

Offended Iowans should take the same advice conservatives give to minorities when they are offended: "stop being so sensitive."

It’s almost like people are more interested in hot takes then reasoned thought out opinions. Enjoy those stars though.

I have no idea why someone would accuse him of being virulently racist. He only hurled the N word repeatedly at a black security guard just doing his job. I guess in your world, being good at your job is proof you aren't racist.

He’s a “possession” receiver who runs great routes and will likely be a coach one day (preferably at an all-white school).

I always had a problem with overtime in the regular season for this reason: If Team A is tied with Team B, however, in their game Team A gets overtime or extra innings, they basically got an extra 5 minutes or an extra inning to get a win. I realize this rule is afforded to all teams but seems a bit unfair for Team B.
