Before the kids I used to sleep in, so I'd get more sleep. Since the kids, they wake me up earlier, but I'm not going to bed any earlier.

Answered this above, but another one is that when I'm switching services, I'll use it to dual post. For example, I've been wavering between ReadLater / Instapaper / Pocket for a while. So whenever I post to one of them, IFTTT posts to the others.

It's important to work on big enough problems so that if you're having trouble staying motivated with one aspect, you can switch to another aspect for a few minutes/hours/days. Our designer (WHAT'S UP DAVE TRAWIN?), likes to always have a few things he's working on so that he doesn't get stuck…
