I delegate a lot of the work of building the company to Fancy Hands. Doing research on what would be a good place to advertise (Task one: find existing advertisers on X site, Task two: with some of those, reach out to their ad buyer and see how they felt about the ad... then decide if I should buy an ad).

On average, it's about 5 hours. But some days...
