I had it listed on CL for a little while but got tired of talking to guys who just want to spend $1500 and turn it into a crawler. I can’t control what someone does with it after they buy it but I got tired of negotiating based on the fact it’s a not a turn key rock crawler. I wish I drove it more but I spend my

Conan Obrien had (has) one. He did a video review of his a while back. Should be on YouTube.

That’s a lot of money to drive a suspicious-smelling Chrysler 200 for 3 weeks a month.

Dodge stopped being American after that loud mouthed Eye-Tallion Sergeant Macaroni took over near on ten year ago. My grand dad, who fought in the big one, sold and drove Plymouth and Dodge and his blood ran Mopar blue. It was bad enough when the Germans took over. It’s a blessing he didn’t live to see the

I should have added ‘...and easily put them back on.’ Yes, I know you can rig up quick connect brackets but I also know how bad an of an idea that is.

u can’t take the doors off a dang Colar ae do.

dat wheelbase.

It’s a slick looking ride but starting price will be $55k, $70k well optioned? When the Z4 went back to Germany and grew an RHT the price jumped out of reach for the common man. I would love to find a replacement for my ‘05 3.0 but it will not be with one of these.

that Murano thing was $50k? I had no idea. I was thinking it was priced comparably to a wrangler. Starting about $30k then going to about $37k well equipped. I just looked it up and starting MSRP was $42k. I retract my statement. There are no redeeming qualities for the Murano.

If people were honest with themselves, the Murano Convertible makes a lot more sense for >50% of use than a Wrangler. The fact it was hideous is beside the point.

Understood. For sure, my family spends a ton on groceries and it requires a lot of work to prep lunches each week but we like to think the cost is offset by not eating out. I made the gradual changes about 7 years ago and dropped ~55 lbs over 3 years and have managed to keep it off. It’s amazing how quickly the weight

Why is everyone so defensive on this? I imagine you all plugging your ears saying “tra la la, rice is still pretty good, tra la la.”

I got a little lost there but I hope you’re not saying I was telling people to ‘just make more money’, although an accurate comment about me would be to say that I prioritize quality food over some other luxuries in my life. Also, I do love spelt loaf bread and kamut torilla shells. My wife buys all kinds of crazy

I do spend a lot on food but my wife and I also have a 20' by 20' C-shaped raised bed garden as well as a share in the local farm which keeps some of the cost down. I would say that I would spend differently if I had less money but I ate the same way when I was in college (paying my own way working 2 jobs).

I agree that you shouldn’t be having the quinoa/rice debate if you’re still drinking sugar drinks. I’m not in a figure competition but I do enjoy racing my mountain bike and I work to keep my body fat % in the 6-8 range, depending on the time of year.

It’s like in the book “Secret to Racing in the Rain”

I’m not really sure what you, or anyone, is arguing. Quinoa is better than rice, and especially white rice. I’m not claiming it is a miracle food but when you add this change with other similar changes in your daily intake throughout the day, everyday, for the rest of your life, it generates results. I guess I should

Do you work for Big Rice?

Indeed, at the meal level, it’s not much difference. If you look at all the times in your life you eat rice and replace it with quinoa, it’s a big difference and the % relative values apply. This is a great example of people looking at healthy alternatives and thinking, “meh, it’s not that much healthier. I’ll just
