Remove the big piece of meat off the top of that quinoa salad and you’ll see that you have a lot more room in your tummy. :)

If you’re looking at one meal at a time, I agree. But if you look at things over 10 years (as you should most things, including financial expenses as well as calorie consumption), it adds up by making small, smarter choices. I’m not here to say that quinoa is a miracle food and we should all eat quinoa, what I’m…
Yes. Maybe it sounds like a lot to a non-vegetarian. It’s a great source for high quality complete chain proteins.
3 more grams of protein per cup is a lot, especially considering we more than 1 cup. more fiber out of less carbohydrates is also pretty great.
“1 extra gram of fiber per cup

If not for the Heart Attack, what was the original master plan for this investment? I can’t believe it was to spend $32k in 2002 (plus tax) and only make $8k (less the original sales tax and capital gains tax) in return.
what would it cost to put in some dampers that are more effective at soaking up the bumps while still holding a steady line?
I think you misread my comment. I was making the case and ‘new’ and ‘improved’ are separate distinctions and it is important to include both. I think your comment helps prove my point. Maybe the new Supra is not an improvement over the old supra. The only combination, as I see it, that is left for debate is whether…
Can’t a design be both new and an improvement over the old, unimproved, design?
In the ‘build and price’ section, it should include in the summary the tow rating and payload of the selected truck with included options. Again, not hard.
The subject could be the thing that is new (like a 10 speed transmission) which is also an improvement over the thing replaced (like an old dull and boring 6sp). In the best radio voice “there’s lots of things on this truck that are new and serve as improvements over the old and tired things that were replaced.” It…
Yes I have heard of the google. The link you provide lists the information for the wheelbase/cab/engine but does not include the different tow packages which affects the true rating and does not include payload, which is to be considered when reviewing any tow rating.
it means some things are new and some things are improved. Not that one piece is new and improved. It means the truck, as a whole, has new parts and improved parts, or perhaps the new parts have improved the overall truck.
My point is that it should be straight forward. There should be an online tool that provides tow rating and payload.
Thanks. I did find that brochure when we went through the process but it’s not straight forward at all. It has to be in a database somewhere. Can’t someone, say from Ford Communications, setup a page with some drop downs to choose options and let it generate tow rating and payload? It can’t be hard. Towing is a large…
I have a question for you then: Why is it so hard to figure out what a specific truck is rated to tow? I just went through this helping my dad buy his ‘17 XLT CrewCab 5.0 2WD with trailer tow package last month. There are lots of tables that give you a max rating for a given spec, but none that factor more than 2…

That used to be the saying about corvettes. Is this the new corvette?
I feel like the hyperbole and snark used in this article can easily be applied to any high priced, high horsepower car. Isn’t getting even with our high school bullies and making the prom queen jealous (even 20 years, 60 pounds, and 2 kids later) the primary motivation for why we buy any car over $35k? I’m not…
