Obama didn’t write legislation.
Megyn Kelly would be right twice a day too, so... (e.g., maternity leave)
I do feel a bit of discomfort with the ease and eagerness people seem to have for not just wanting, but insisting and enacting punishment on these guys for what are unsubstantiated accusations.
I wonder if they know something we don’t.
Yeah, it’s common for some to deliberately conflate Body Dysmorphic Disorder and transgender to score cheap political points.
Your first paragraph is how many people, including myself, feel about body dysphoria.
In the book, she’s out. That’s why all the members of her gang are women. Fleming wanted to show how butch Bond was, so he made him manly enough to turn a lesbian.
That was autocorrect. The NHL has been better than the NFL, despite the NHL’s general incompetence.

Have there been any studies done on the rate of CTE in your average Joe? Would be interesting to have a control group of people who just lived average lives, maybe played high school sports.
The NFL has surprisingly been better about this.
A dose-response relationship would be very informative. If length of time in the NFL correlated strongly with degree or severity of CTE...you got a pretty good link.
Right now all we know is that nearly all the guys who we think have CTE, whose brains we scooped out and looked at, have it.
This. The pictures of a hole in his brain are jarring. However I’d love to see the same tests performed across a wide variety of known brain smashing, include likely controls of very little to none.
My strong personal belief is that football can cause CTE, and that rates of CTE would be astronomically higher among football players vis-a-vis non-football players. But unless we randomize a bunch of kids to play football vs. not play football, follow them to death, and analyze all their brains, we cannot make a…
