I hear you on the window controls in the middle. I'd never seen it before until I ended up with my current car (a Saturn of all things). I hate most things about that car, but I love the location of the window controls.

Back in 2007 my family and I went to New York. The car we rented with Budget had an option to get the EZ pass for the tolls. The cool thing was that using the EZ pass we paid only a third of the actual value of the tolls. I don't know if Budget had a deal setup where they paid a bulk rate or what, but it was way…
You need a 64bit OS to address more than 3.5GB of RAM. Since your system needs typically at least 2GB of RAM to function optimally while you're doing things, a 1.5GB Ramdisk is pretty useless.
I've been using ighome.com. It's not the same, but they do a pretty decent job of making it work like iGoogle.
"We use Wagner. It scares the shit out of the slopes. My boys love it!" - Obligatory Col. Kilgore quote.
You know, I think it's time for the turbo button to make it's return to the PC. Most enthusiast motherboards these days have some kind of easy overclock function on them. Just put another header on the motherboard that you can wire a case switch to, have a place in the BIOS/UEFI to specify the settings to move it to…
From the looks of it I think that instead of just pinning the standard program icon like Win8 normally does, this goes in and will put a tile for it with what appears to be cover art of some sort. Looks like you're basically paying $1.49 for what are essentially fancy tiles for games. Not really worth it in my…
I'll take three, but I want the auto snowball launcher version.
Definitely. I played with a few of them, but Start8 got my money. Stardock writes solid software.
Oh man. I loved Chatterbox. I'm dying right now!
Yeah, I hear ya there, but I think there's a 14 day trial. Plus in my experience, Stardock has always written top notch software and Start8 is no different.
As a couple of others have said, Start8. It's 5 bucks, but it's worth every penny.
I'm not understanding this word you keep saying. What does shave mean? I've never heard this word before.
Agreed 1000 times. Anybody who doesn't like peel in their mashed potatoes is a commie.
New Mexico has been 75 for quite some time. It only drops down in some cities and on tricky stretches of highway. Hell a lot of our state highways are 65-70.
Well I was attempting to tell him to RTFA in a bit of a more pleasant manner. Hopefully I got through to him. But yeah, I'm very familiar with google. :P
The 360S has built in wifi. But I agree with what you're saying. With the direction consoles seem to be going, they definitely need to build more flexibility into them.
About the closest thing you can do is the HDD hack that's out there for the 360. But you have to use a pretty specific set of drives. I've done it many times and it actually works very well.
Wouldn't it be great if the 360 supported NTFS for saving Xbox specific data? But then that would eat into MS's profit margins on their "proprietary" hard drives.
Knowing Microsoft, I'm willing to bet that yes, you will have to reformat.
