There’s plenty of poor light skinned women too. I think that’s one of our problems, we think because someone is lighter skinned they are attractive, they aren’t. Most of the people you mentioned have been recognized for their singular talents, they basically can’t help their skin shade.
So, it turns out that most women don't look like models. I mean, I'm still waiting for a teen model to look like me, (a 43 year old man.) So far, no luck.
So that makes looking at it without consent ok then?

No. The World Cup is the absolute pinnacle. The Women’s World Cup is the absolute pinnacle for women. Women are, in theory, allowed to play in the World Cup, should they be so talented as to earn a place on the team. Men are not allowed to play in the Women’s World Cup, out of basic fairness to the women on the field.
There are no rules preventing women from playing in the 2018 World Cup. It’s considered an open competition. If Hope Solo is the best American goalkeeper at that time (and god help me, she might be), the she will be allowed to compete.
