The history of ice cream is so so awesome (600 A.D China!). I just watched a viddy of a guy re-creating 18th century ice cream making. There were no moving parts and the end result was def on the ‘sloppy’ side. So many things we enjoy today once required a whole lot of time and imagination. (and servants and money).

I thought it was a slice of processed turkey with, yeah, fruit and nuts :(
