I think that’s largely true, particularly of the films exclusively, but even in the more extended universe these days there are more IMO better lightsaber fights. Obi-wan vs. Maul on Tatooine in Rebels comes to mind, or Ahsoka vs. Vader.

But half the Doctor Who fandom hates Moffat. Fandoms are pretty bad these days, but it’s not one of the better ones.
Doesn’t really work the Mission Impossible movies, but definitely for a lot others.
The first season of TNG is bad. The Borg show up in the 2nd season, which is a lot better, though with some iffy episodes still. The 3rd season is great.
I can understand not having seen a few of these shows, but all of them? I think we’re going to have to ask you to leave.
Given it’s Tony who apparently set them, it’s probably something pervier than that.
