It most likely doesn’t. If your spindle is designed correctly, there should be no flex between the rotor and caliper due to vehicle weight. The torque put on the spindle by the brake system is a much, much higher force than the weight of the vehicle.
I don’t think that’s the point of the machine- I beleive the point of the machine is for torture testing the reliability under heavy loads.
