You’re not going to see Sabra suited up. They pivoted the character to “Shield Agent that is named Ruth and wears a suit.”  She’s basically just the new Sharon Carter.

William Sadler played President Ellis in Iron Man 3 and also Agents of Shield.  I think he was supposed to have turned up in the first Ant-Man but didn’t for some reason?  Also Miguel Ferrer played his first VP (presumably replaced after it turned out he was Hydra).

I prefer to chalk up the second Doctor Strange to Raimi coming in and making a cool Dr. Strange movie that did really well actually.
