Yet another “why is this even an article on Kotaku?” moment.

I don’t post notes like this in Soulsborne games, nor do I find them funny... however, getting tilted enough to make a 2 page dissertation on the matter is fucking ludicrous. Go outside. Lighten up. Do literally anything else with your life.

Teach me to love it. I bought it, got busy, then downloaded Dead Cells. I’m in love with Dead Cells, but it’s hard to love two games that are so similar in a lot of ways. When I play Hollow Knight I just miss the weapons and combat of Dead Cells.

I disagree that the tweet is transphobic.

That tweet wasn't transphobic.

I seriously think we need to just introduce caps on wealth at this point.

Yes, we get it, spies! Spies! Spies! But what do these spies fucking do?! From what the article makes it sound like, theres no way to successfully assault a faction head on. How exactly do these spies sabotage these groups because the only thing they seem to be doing once they infiltrate is just be there and take

Could do with a bit more imo ;)

If you steal from the rich, your life is fucking over. If the rich steal from us, that’s just business baby.

Well their in-house team sucks at that kind of work, so they outsourced it to a mysterious Square Enix employee with known only for having a barcode on the back of his bald head.

Clark was found dead in his home a few months later”

Depressing that a man committing a crime in a virtual FIFA game – wrong as it is – could face a longer sentence than actual FIFA execs ever do for corruption on a multi-million dollar scale.

It has minor performance issues, it’s not unfinished. I’d much rather be able to play it now with a few minor warts than have to wait three months to play a flawless version.

So if you like a game it’s ok that the devs ship it unfinished?

This is irresponsible, and is probably going to keep me from picking it up. If you know your game isn’t going to perform at the level in which it is expected, still ship, then say after you get called out that you knew but still decided fixing it months after release was the best option, then you don’t deserve to have

This is becoming an annoying trend in every game I want to pick up on Switch

to me, the craziest part about this is how easy the plagiarism was to avoid. you could have easily ripped off this dude’s commentary by just being a bit more liberal with your thesaurus and re-arranging the points a bit. you’d have to be very stupid or very arrogant (or both) to be this egregious about it. (obviously

Irresponsible Gaming Network.

I read about this earlier today on Resetera forum, apparently the dead giveaway for the plagiarism is that the Boomstick guy describes the wrong timed door mechanic in the review, and the IGN guy not realizing this mistake, just copied it, describing the same mistake?

It’s more convincing if you read it in a vaguely eastern European accent.

Yes, I am very happy to copy the text into Google Translate, change it to Spanish, then Spanish to Portuguese, then to Portuguese to German and then to English. Save a lot of time.
