No, we will not have Mexico opening, we will close Mexico. I don’t think it’s coincidence that someone named Westbrook (sounds Spanish to me) is discussing Mexico. If Labrador Obra Din has a problem with that, he can feel the wrath of my tariffs and beautiful long words. It’s time Mexico started manufacturing

Easier said than done in Florida. Almost everything is HOA controlled there, according to my friend in Tampa. It’s nearly impossible to find a house that isn’t part of a HOA unless you live out in the boonies, and they all have essentially the same set of basic rules.

Counterpoint: paying someone to tell you how you can or can’t use the property you paid for, particularly when they aren’t the government, is pure crazytown.

While Spaceman is correct on the margins, the other problem is that companies are more concerned with paying out owners/executives/shareholders than building a cash reserve for difficult times.  This applies from the small businesses to multinational corporations.

Uh huh. From someone who unabashedly labeled at RightHandReaper.

Frankly I won’t get a fucking nickel out of any of this and I am A-OK with that. I want everybody to be in the position where they don’t need a government bailout, and the downstream effects of mass evictions, bankruptcies, and repos would be SO much worse for the economy, massive numbers of deaths or not.

Oh. Oh my.

Just chisel a new power steering pump out of a block of wood. Like Grandpa used to do.

Did you NP’rs not see the rust coming through the bondo under that canary yellow respray? This fishbowl is hiding a lot more of that I promise you, glorious Kenosha pot metal frisky with tinworm. Phuct not phat.

I’ll pass on calling dibs. Few things are more humiliating than being underwater on a Hyundai.

I want to put a Lotus Elise engine in the front of one of these.

Desert sand formations tend to grow very slowly and in areas with very little rain like Death Valley, can be preserved intact for centuries or longer. Though not as spectacular as other natural formations they contain valuable information relevant to fields like geology and climatology because they function as time

Not that I want to start a flame war but ummm... do we think we’ll have Chinese cars sold in America if he’s uh... still in office?
