How on earth would the courts determine rape or incest? Rape survivors already have an uphill battle in the justice system?

It’s called Restorative Justice. I used to volunteer at at program in Colorado. Look at police or community departments in your area, they offer comprehensive mediation training.

It’s Restorative Justice. It can be a great healing tool for a community and can be very effective. I hope it is in this case, it will likely be the last chance they get. The parents should be doing their reading as well.
