“American car journalist discomfited by sexual trace evidence disclosing strange erotic sessions with Chinese vehicle; color-discriminant restraining fabric strips were employed in unspecified manner

Oh please dear 8 pounds 6 ounce newborn infant Jesus this needs to happen!

This! every single article!! The sheer concern for Torch by Booker is astounding!

Can’t wait to see how this translates in the Chinese press.

My takeaway is that the Changli’s quality is about in line with my Fiesta ST’s after 3 months..

An irony, considering around 80% of a C5 is C4 DNA....

I guess I’m a sociopath, given that I lusted for a 1990 ZR-1 and now own one.

It is a reasonable asking price for this particular vette. Low miles, LT1, 6 speed, both tops and the Z07 suspension.

COTD

Rebuild the shocks, replace the rear fascia, and this is a $13,000-$15,000 car.

Are you convincing us or yourself lol...cuz it seems every Vette or Porsche usually does

Any C4 that’s a ZR-1 or Grand Sport will do great in ROI. Any C4 that’s a Callaway or other tuner will do very well. Any C4 that’s ‘88 or later with the ZF 6-speed manual will do well. Any C4 convertible will do okay. All other C4's will eke out marginal gains.

If you only knew what you were talking about, lol. Great info!

Lots of comments screaming ‘track rat’ on this car, but really they don’t know what they’re getting into.

Agreed, though at 6.5k it’s not likely to go too much lower, at least not in semidecent condition.

People said that about every Ferrari prior to the one that is currently shooting up in value.

So you have used Boxster/Miata/Z3 money for a two seater with a six speed and 300hp. I am not saying the others don’t have their charms, but you get a lot of performance bang for your buck here, also a great choice for a track day rat.  Easy Nice Price.

Unmolested, manual, performance-optioned C4's won’t be this cheap for much longer. NP in my opinion.
