Pittsburgh is fantastic. One of my favorite stops for work.

If its a morning flight, I go with coffee and Bailey's.

I love SF. But paying $3,600 a month to see a bay and smoke weed is stupid. If I lived in the bay area, I'd take Rockridge in Oakland every day of the week.

I travel weekly for work and have used most of the rental car companies. National is my favorite by a mile. They have the best rewards program and I prefer being able to select any mid-size each time.

St. Louis has the weird St. Louis City versus St. Louis County divide though, so someone in Chesterfield is actually from St. Louis County. It's weird and its been like that for no good reason for more than a century.

I saw the thread on the DIA post about how Detroit will be a real estate boom soon and I completely agree. In the last ten years —even with the catastrophic housing bust—housing in Chicago (Wicker Park, Bucktown, & Logan Square) has gone from the 300s to the 900s. Likewise in St. Louis, dilapated brick tenement
