Allow me to be unpopular and say that I find this "evil networks want to kill my beloved shows!" attitude pretty annoying. Networks don't cancel shows because they don't like them, or because they think they're afraid of smart programming. They cancel shows because not enough people are watching and their ad rates are

@NrthnLights: I know it's not really the point you were making, but she's a hunter in the same way GWB is a cowboy.

@JinxyMcDeath: True. When I'm with nice guys I lean forward in photos, but in toxic relationships I lean back. Trigger alert!

Who gives a shit? 90% of students skim the textbook for the bolded terms and then fill out the end-of-chapter questions without thinking about any of it.

@PinballFan: Unfortunately, in this case "technical and story related bugs" translates to "the entire show."

@Pegritz: I don't think it's absurd to expect an engaging protagonist, interesting characters, and a semi-coherent plot from a movie like this. The original had all three, cheesy though it may have been.

Since when is Christina Hendricks a natural redhead?

@rednrowdy: Did you even read the article?

@catjuggler: It had almost zero effect on me. I felt vaguely dizzy for about thirty seconds. Definitely not a weed substitute.

"Julia Child kicks ass" was a great movie. "Amy Adams and her mullet" was a mediocre movie. Let's be precise here.

@Sev: Of course it was leaked by her people - Burlesque is underperforming but still in theaters, what better way to grab a few more ticket sales than a "racy" "nude photo" "scandal". I'm also convinced that they manufactured the story about her hooking up with Sam Ronson, which broke right after Bionic dropped.

@Zulkey: I'm going to take a shot in the dark and guess that those photos were "leaked" in the same way that Kim Kardashian's sex tape was.

The first thing I thought when I saw those Xtina photos was, Now THAT'S what I call a shoe collection.

@BettyCrockerPunkRocker: I'm not seeing any posts here devoid of empathy or compassion. Everyone's just poking good-natured fun at one of the most powerful women on the planet. There's nothing wrong with that.

Personally, I'm thrilled that so many of the individuals involved in this kerfuffle are women :)

Kathy Griffin is a pro-level troll. You can get super offended and spend time writing involved analysis of her body image, but you'd just be feeding a troll.

Guys, it's just a weird joke. Let's not give this more attention/outrage than it deserves.

@RenoMartini: What about the words? Out of the musical's context the song is fairly generic and wouldn't be more out of a place than any other pop song. This isn't like the time "Lust for Life" was used in a cruise ship ad.

Yeah, she sounds like kind of an asshole. I still like her.
