The one I had was a metal flashlight and the batteries were decent ones. Same brand I used in my lantern and it was fine. Other people had flashlights that worked fine. It was also led light bulb in the flashlight.

But you tried which is more than I can say.:/

It’d be cheaper to just buy them at this point. That was why it took us a month to cancel cable/satellite when we decided to get rid of it. Mostly due to spite for them ditching a channel I loved (no other option in my apt building that didn’t force us to lose our free internet that our complex provided).

I had to negotiate a few things with my inlaws (minor issues but still it’s tricky because of the relationship). Does that count?

Which one won’t die on me in the cold while camping? Had that issue with my flashlight on a cold night (like San Diego mountain cold not like snow in Alaska winter cold). I’m no longer there but I just don’t want to have that happen again.

I got more info when we went to lowes. It’s mostly because she thinks we’ll burn down the house. Either we’ll throw them away while still hot and burn down the house, or we’ll leave them in the grill too long and somehow also that will burn down the house. Also cancer. Thankfully everyone at lowes had tons of

It depends on if getting closer to exactly what you want is important to you or if you’re flexible and don’t mind whatever you get so long as you got it for the cheapest possible.

Ended up she was worried about it causing our house to burn down because, and this is her logic, either we’d be dumb enough to throw it out while still hot, or to forget about it in there and somehow that burned our house down too. Also cancer. But we don’t BBQ daily like they do (they live the Rv life so it’s

So it turns out she really just thought charcoal was more unsafe. Like it was going to burn our house down and annoy our neighbors. We asked people where they put their ash while my hub figures out what he wanted and were told they put it on the flowers and she was like and your house doesn’t burn down? Lady was

So, now the story is that charcoal isn’t as safe as gas. Sigh. I have no idea why they really hate charcoal. But now they just have us cash so we have to later today go and buy one so we can take advantage of deals.

Can you use wood in a charcoal grill or vice versa? Someone who will be eating it a lot hates charcoal but I don’t want to get a wood burning one that only does wood. It might be cheaper to get a charcoal grill and then easier to use wood when she comes over but charcoal when we use it for ourselves. Thanks for any

We are likely getting a grill today and I don’t want to do gas. I hate gas in general and prefer not to have a tank of it lying around if I can avoid it. Problem is we just learned my MIL (his parents are buying it) hates the taste of charcoal. So basically when they eat over she’s already saying she won’t eat

I know. I think people thought gen y was lazy but whatever.

I’d have pounced on that in the LA market. 500k gets you a major fixer upper with at least 100k to make it livable. And that’s in the not so nice valley.

That’s every job for a long time now. Gotta jump ship to get the bump you deserve. It’s how it’s done these days.

They track you and jack the price up. Always do searches in private mode. Do that for all buying because everyone seems to be doing it.

The only people it really seems to help are those with back problems. I rarely ever use the feature because I know it doesn’t do anything for me and it will make the person behind me miserable. It’s just a stupid situation to be in because the issue starts with lack of space between the seats to begin with.

That sucks. I’ve seen ours pick literally anything up for yard. They have a claw like thing that just bunches it up and lifts it into the truck. Huge branches, small trees. But I live in a weird small city where evidentially this is a more needed service than recycling pickup. Annoys me but they do have a center

Good point. If you enjoyed it it would be one thing. My issue with that is you don’t have yard waste truck come twice a month to your house? Where I live you just stick it in front of your house and every other Tuesday they pick it up. If they pick up anything at all (and it can be a LOT of stuff or a branch)

Yes. It was supposed to be the person you were responding to. I did a lot of replies today, sorry!
