I know I’m going to languish in the grays on this one but this this this is the exact reason I still don’t wear shorts to this day (I’ll wear ‘short pants’, i.e. capris, but not shorts). In fact I don’t wear anything that comes above my knees. (I don’t even own a pair of shorts other than the ones I sleep in in the

I think those of us with all the pain just need an anti-grav chamber to sleep in.

I do! Though I still have the occasional green nurse blow up a vein on occasion.

Mine are every 3-4 months (fun times). I’ve got to remember to switch which arm they take blood from next time as the usual one is getting cranky about it.

Key bowl people, key bowl. As in, a bowl, near the front door where you dis-gear every evening, where you put your keys. Keys go in the bowl when you get home and stay in the bowl.

I feel you - but this past weekend I actually found a plus size consignment/thrift shop (I found two pairs of jeans that fit me perfect, and they were the only two I tried on, it was bizarre). That probably doesn’t help you out much but hey, if there’s one in the middle of KS, then maybe there’s one where you are?

I came back here because I found this and had to post it:

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA *cough*

I’ve got about $850 in my savings, $300 joint savings, and my partner has about $1300 in savings. Then we both have our 401Ks (which have been contributed to somewhat minmally for about a year and a half each, so I’ve got like $2k and I’m not sure where my partner’s is at). Everything else goes

I have fine hair, but A LOT OF IT, like so much hair it sometimes surprises the stylist when they get their hands in it. It’s so interesting that the bob is great for so many types of hairs.

PS do you think the sparse unplucked eyebrows will ever be in? Like I’ve got caterpillers with mange above my eyes (but the hair’s so light I figure no one really sees them anyway).

I understand the oily hair thing - but it might be finding the right shampoo that doesn’t set off the oil production (believe it or not shampoos that dry out your hair will be worse for your hair than those that add moisture, because it makes your scalp over-compensate by producing more oil). I have to change shampoo

I’d go with the descriptive you’ve got working. Long layers, starting at your chin. (Basically, no hairs shorter than jawline). That works. :) Not nonsense.

It’s because it’s actually damaging to your hair to wash it too often - and it’s also probably easier for her to see your hair as it is the day after washing than the day of. And I mean in that, if your hair get’s oily fast then certain products/cuts may be better than others.

Also, I don’t know any stylist who would

My advice is to find some curly haired peeps in your area and ask for recs. Or as someone else said find someone with similar hair. The other option is when calling salon’s ask if they have someone who specializes in curly hair - get specific if you know what type, or ask if they can type your hair (which should give

Bobs are pretty low maintenance. I love mine (sporting the straight bob, but plan to angle it and grow it out to a long angled bob). Got a little bit of an undercut/reverse layers so that it lays right and I don’t do crap with my hair (other than washing with good product). If you’re low maintenance tell your stylist

OH I know all of these! My mom’s a stylist, so I’m fairly hip to the lingo(haha-sorry) and when I’m confused I just ask her.

I’d add, bring more than one, and trust the stylist if she/he says something may not work for your hair type (of course, you know your hair and all that, but if you’re trying something super new that you’re not sure will work).

Oh, man I was gonna look for that last night but went to bed early instead. I kind of purged most memory of it after graduation (side effect of working on something for so long is that by the time it’s “finished” you’re sick of it). I’ll check tonight - it’s not published online anywhere though, so I’m not sure how’d

Sometimes it’s because the clutter is distracting/taking up more time than you are willing to allow it to.

With that said, I did a lot of research on minimalism a few years ago when I wrote my master’s thesis on it. A lot of what’s “out there” on minimalism is exactly what you say. Overly focused on STUFF, and more

Note: While many will say that you should switch to tablet, research has shown that you will retain more information when you read a physical paper book than you will via an electronic format (kindle, iPad, computer screen). So depending on what these reference books are, you may want to keep them.

For example, my
