Trans Amino?

How many have I crashed? One. Spun my dad's S10 Blazer in a snowy intersection one night, bumped into a pole. Wouldn't have been bad at all, if it wasn't for the stupid fucking fiberglass runningboards.

I've had it towed twice, and dollies were never mentioned.

I'd be willing to bet it was a battle fraught with pain and exploded transmissions when Subies first became really popular around here.

Allow me to amend my statement:

One thing I love about having an AWD car is knowing it'll pretty much never get towed without a flatbed.

Negative attention is better than none!

She couldn't find her hairbrush?

Ha!

ZING!!!!!!

I asked a friend of mine from Columbus (coincidentally my only friend from Ohio is a black guy) if he had heard about this yet. He said no, but immediately posed the idea that it was a ploy to be able to search cars without a warrant. Turns out he may have been right.

I actually really like that! It's vinyl, so it's theoretically a temporary thing, it looks cool, and Hell, it'll protect the OEM paint while it's there!

Aw HELL naw!

I don't KNOW that they're choosing one over another actively. However, with the presented evidence, it appears that the efforts are concentrated on a specific type of vehicle. If bumper height is the argument, I'm pretty sure there would have been pickup trucks. If unsafe suspension modification was the deal, I'm sure

Nope, never made it much out of those three. Work trips and all. I did stop in Lizard Lick though, on the way to RDU.

While I agree there have been massive improvements since the civil rights movement, people still have a long way to go. Deny it all you want, but picking one type of unsafe looking car over another unsafe looking car as a target seems pretty sketchy.
