I’d put us a solid #2.

The world’s smartest fanbase strikes again.

I read about that scene and have been avoiding the film, despite it being somewhat in my wheelhouse.

Listening to that SkyNews footage, how can a citizen get a hold of a weapon that releases so many rounds at once? A rhetorical question, I just don’t know what else to say at this point.

I’m not super keen on seeing said horrifyingly realistic gore prosthetic from the book, but I will have to check this out regardless.

R&M is a weekly watch for me, and I do like it, but its rampant bleak cynicism reminds me of the Maya Angelou quote: ‘There is nothing so pitiful as a young cynic because he has gone from knowing nothing to believing nothing.’ Maybe that doesn’t apply to Harmon, but it does apply to some of the hardcore fanbase who

I ran into this wall with the first game - none of my friends give a solitary damn about games, so I’d have to find a dedicated clan of strangers if I wanted to enjoy everything Destiny has to offer. This game is simply not for me, and that’s fine. Back to the lonely forecastle of the Pequod, I guess.

What did Skylar do that wasn’t in response to Walter’s horrible behavior. Nagging him to get chemo? Even fucking Ted was in response to Walt shoehorning himself back into the house after Skylar wanted him out.

You are the smart one. I’m drawn to the toxic shitstorm that is internet nerddom like a moth to the flame.

Can you suggest any whiskeys?

The hatred for Skyler played into the nerd power fantasy, I’m guessing. The shrill harpy stopping the poor, misunderstood genius from being his true, empowered self. That’s catnip for these tools.

Anytime you see these lovely creatures out in the internet wilds, please let them know Dan Harmon hates them.

What exactly is their problem besides the fact that women are writing the show? The end of Pickle Rick had the lady psychologist (played ably by Susan Sarandon) taking the piss out of Rick, so it some of the usual anti-feminist/SJW bullshit that has infected all levels of nerd culture like the plague?

Rick’s uber-rational don’t-give-a-fuckness is the appeal for these social maladjusts. They probably see him as a ‘reals before feels’ spirit animal and damned if some lousy dames are going to impinge on that vision.

Scare these fuckers off the street - there no platform to consider, no bridges to build. These guys want me, my family and millions of others dead, deported or ghettoized. This hump and his Nazi pals can meet the business end of a cement truck, every last one of them.

The Michaels/Jannetty ‘Barbershop’ break-up bit is also some prime Heenan heeling. ‘I knew he was gonna do that!’

Heenan’s work during the infamous Hogan heel turn at WCW’s Bash at the Beach was also quite good. The Brain was nothing less than a natural heel who was a ton of fun to hate.

Solid, solid twist ending, my man.

Aronofsky movies give me the willies.

He knows a lot about whiskey, I’m guessing.
