Dawn of the Dead is a fun little movie, and the only good one Snyder has made in my reckoning. There's some actual humor to be found and the whole enterprise moves along at a nice, brisk pace.
Supers is deffo a power bottom.
Supers is deffo a power bottom.
And I bet Snyder hasn't even seen an episode of Welcome Back Kotter.
Int'l markets will do their share as well. Word of mouth from casual fans may put a dent in the b.o., but who knows?
Snyder may be better suited for an 'Irredeemable' movie, though he'd probably fuck that up too.
Angst is fine, but it wasn't earned in MoS and doesn't sound like BvS does the gravitas thing any better.

At this point I'm more interested in the fallout surrounding the DCU than the movie itself. Have a mind to go full spoilercast and bask in the not un-entertaining nerd-rage sure to flow forth.
OK, so this should have been a standalone Supes flick, followed by a standalone Batman, with both movies integrating the eventual BvS conflict while slowly introducing the other members of the JL. Then your next movie is BvS, followed by Justice League.
Just wait til the R-rated cut. That's when BvS will *really* shine.
As liberal as the show is with guts and gore, somebody from the so-called 'magic circle' of cast members has to go by season's end. Fans with no relation to the comics will lose their shit, but TWD has had some good momentum since returning. Killing off someone important will really boost the stakes going into next…
True..the damnedest thing is, I think the comics have rallied rather nicely from some of the Negan doldrums. Really enjoyed the last anthology I read, at least.
Right..I mean stretching out the pre-Negan shenanigans, which we're already seeing with the capture of Carol and Maggie. Another 4 or so eps, I don't know how they're going to keep the momentum going.
Since the Negan cat is out of the bag for the last episode, I worry that Operation Stretch Out the Saviors Storyline is going to get way old by the finale.
Ha! It was like the Facility level all over again. Or maybe the Silo on 007 difficulty, which was a pain in the ass.
The invasion gave me 80s action movie vibes with that synth percussion thing going on.
Not if the nukes are flying 6 weeks after Trump is sworn in!
You've certainly painted a picture, I'll grant you that.
