Yay, I want a club for all the people who love it for the perfect film it is.

Then it's clear we don't value the same things in either theatre or film.
I meant to respond to the original poster so I my comment didn't find its intended audience anyway, sadly.

What? No, Transparent, Bosch, Man in the High Castle, One Mississippi, or Mozart in the Jungle?! You're missing out! In addition, there are a lot more early film classics available on Prime, plus you can rent almost anything via streaming and thus not have to find a film elsewhere.

MS is currently available on HBO if you have it.

Multiple women filed harassment charges against him and there was a settlement. IE: it's agreed that it happened.

Whoa, that's not at all what the film is about. I won't say more because—spoilers, but yeah, that doesn't fit this particular bill.

Except that Hamilton is in no way over-rated and frankly, neither is La La Land. Just because lots of attention has been given it, people who haven't seen it shouldn't go in spoiling for a "this thing doesn't live up to the hype" mentality. Bah!

I couldn't agree more. Top 5 of the year, for sure. It's everything I hope for when I go to the movies. I can't understand people who don't like it actually.

This comment made me laugh out loud. Taught the teleplay to 7th graders for many years.

It's on Amazon Prime if you have it.

I agree with everything you said except the "a bit" part because tears just rolled and rolled down my face.

I'm so sorry for what you've been through and that you've had to read what I feel are triggering comments from someone who clearly doesn't get it at all.
*hugs*

Couldn't agree more.

It's possible the cabin was 3-4 hrs East of Pittsburgh and thus a couple hrs from NJ. I remember going to a cabin in PA from NYC, and it only taking a few hours.

There is nothing feminist about this film. That's revolting.

Thank goodness they'd changed the name on Netflix, or I would have missed this fantastic show compleletely.
Now that it's called Lovesick, I swear, it's worth a try.

Lucky you, that is not even close to how I feel about bad sex. It is awful!

So, not in Brokeback?!

Thank heavens!
