@Channan: I wasn't allowed to, billing address only. I actually changed my billing address to my shipping address to make sure it goes to the right place.

@MacPro66: They've done this 3 times previously. They have no excuse.

@lewisboy: My sources tell me that the white model won't be available at launch, earliest estimate is July, more realistic is August.

This whole thing is just mind-boggling. This is AT&T's 4th major iPhone rollout and not only do they fuck it up in a major way, they refuse to acknowledge a problem. I've been an AT&T customer for many years, and while I knew they were a little weasely this really takes the proverbial cake. Why Apple continues to do

@AndwuH: AcceptableCupid? MarginalCupid? TimeToSettleCupid?

Finally worked for me at 4:30pm PST at Apple.com, still haven't gotten an email confirmation, though.

@heffay1111: I tried that and it would only give me an in-store reservation. No good if you don't live near a store and need the thing shipped.

@tekdemon: Since they'll only ship to your billing address, I think they'd get the iPhones, too.

@berbar: You might get charged the $18 fee on your first bill, instead. In fact, I vaguely remember that happening in the past.

@mricyfire: Welcome to my entire day. Keep trying, it'll work eventually.

I finally got my order in around 4:30 PST on the Apple website. They were still stating it would arrive *on* June 24. That said, I never did get an email confirmation and the "order status" page on the Apple site appears to be fully borked. Guess I'll know for sure eventually.

@dinahshore: "Makes me laugh" was my husband's first checklist requirement. I doubt he's unique.

@secretformula: Joan Rivers, Susie Essman, Mindy Kaling . . .

I was met with someone else's information on the AT&T website during one of my pre-order attempts today. I haven't had any luck pre-ordering an iPhone on AT&T or Apple's websites, goodness knows how many people may have seen my account info so far. Bleargh.

@foodandshoes: Yes, my grandmother has this, too. It's a nifty little contraption. She loaned me her ring to wear at my own wedding (borrowed, blue and old!) and showed me how it pops open and closed. It may be expensive to do, but if you love the ring enough it's probably worth it,

@katieupsidedown: At the restaurant where we had our post-ceremony dinner (refusing to call it a reception) the open bar would have been between $20 and $35 per person, per hour. We opted to run a tab, instead. We were only feeding and boozing 24 people, though. The bar tab came out to about $500 and our guests could

@Rah_power: Truly. I thought Disney canned their computer animation studio after Chicken Little.

To be fair, Disney's been doing the bitchy horse sidekick routine since long before Shrek. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the character design in this is classic Disney, not 21st century digital.

@MeggLegg: That was kind of the point. :)
