his Drug abuse should have done that, but here we are.

Lol, that ship sailed long ago.

Or boobies!

Somehow I think this story ends with Musk in prison.

It’s like the Justice Department decided it has to freeze all actions leading up to an election, with the “leading up” period being the better part of the year, so crimes are just good to go because any actual accountability for actions might be construed as “showing favoritism”.

I’d be more forgiving of the Alpha-numeric naming schemes if they actually meant anything, instead, that precedent has long been dead:
BMW:
M50i: 4.4t, non-M engine
Mx40i: 3.0t, non-M engine
30i: 2.0t
Mercedes:
350: 2.0t
450: 3.0t hybrid
53: spicy 3.0t hybrid
63: 4.0t, or a 2.0t hybrid
Audi:
45: 2.0t
55: 3.0t

I’m impressed and disgusted at the same time.

You can’t expect pissy little infants throwing tantrums to have any sort of logic.

All it takes to win Trump over is fawning and bribes.

I thought most of the articles I read about dealerships and electric vehicles was that they hated selling them, to the point they were sabotaging their own electric car sales. Now they’re mad that they’re being cut out of the process they cratered.

It’s very safe to say at this point, knowing all the shit that’s come out with this guy over the last few months, if you buy a Tesla, you are the problem.

He should immediately lose his security clearance and the SpaceX offices should be swept for bugs to make sure Putin doesn’t have any other ears in the company.  Then he should be given an ultimatum: completely divest from SpaceX, or else all their government contracts will be canceled.

I fully expect that if T wins, he will turn 180 on our alliances, and go into bed with the Soviets and North Koreans, while backing out of NATO.  Gunna quite literally be a whole new (terrible, very terrible) world.

18 U.S. Code § 953 - Private correspondence with foreign governments

Especially Space X, it ought to have everything grounded permanently unless he agrees to hand it over to the Government. He could still moan on twitter that he built it [he didn’t] every time he wanted to feel like he was still relevant.

A thousand percent agreed. It is insane to me that our government has helped this man weasel his way into “too big to fail” status for several of his companies, but particularly SpaceX.

Call me crazy but you shouldn’t NEED to be able to trace specific security leaks back to Musk to take action. Regular communication with a hostile foreign power should be enough to forfeit government contracts.

It also looks like ass too.

The problem isn’t the V6, the problem is the turbochargers. None of Ferrari’s turbocharged engines sound better than their naturally aspirated counterparts. None. McLaren suffers from the same problem. At Porsche the turbocharged engines sound like shit compared to the naturally aspirated ones. Even BMW made better

My thought as well. I LOVE the look of it, but I just don’t think I can stomach driving a 7,000 pound vehicle.
