Right now there are no consequences to thumbing your nose at Congress. Until contempt citations start rolling out and people get fined or locked up in the basement of the House, nothing will change.

I’m guessing they’ll do a lot of hang wringing until they actually decide to just hold people in contempt. This is the obvious course of action. The problem is that these fucks don’t give a damn about being held in contempt either. 

Then perhaps you shouldn’t use a framework that doesn’t allow you to code for the issues.
