Totally agree! But that’s a big part of what made the movie effective.

The better babysitter themed horror movie from 2017 was Better Watch Out. That movie’s great!

I just watched Terminator 3, and you know what’s crazy? 1 hr 48 minutes! For a movie about robots?? Unbelievable.

Yeah there’s nothing this nuanced in the sequel that I can remember.

I didn’t like this one. It seemed so low-concept. I know people don’t always like when this show takes big swings, but even its minor episodes have more going on than this.

That’s pretty funny that the sketch isn’t much more ridiculous. 

I think it’s an issue of ambition. When someone makes a comedy movie about the Holocaust, you kind of expect it to be daring and have a lot to say. JoJo Rabbit isn’t that at all, but it is a cute and charming romance. 

Allison Brie’s line readings at the end were so creepy/syrupy/perfect.

The first 5 minutes of Bumblebee were very cool, but I thought the rest of the movie was about as bland as any of the other ones I’ve seen; I didn’t really get the praise.

In hindsight, I wonder if they had to go a different route because Doctor Sleep was in production?
