You’re quite welcome. I had to figure out what the hell an ESAL was a couple days ago so I actually had those semi ready.

The formula scales exponentially based on weight and axles, but yes the research has been done including on light passenger vehicles.

1st Gear: It would have made far more sense for GM to have come out with a high end, high-margin, lower volume BEV under the Cadillac brand instead of coming out with the Bolt. And this recall is one of the reasons why... if you make a mistake on something critical and expensive that results in a mass recall, it’s far

Exactly.

Just make a simple EV hatchback already and sell it in America for $25,000. I will buy it, I promise.

Exactly, affordable EV’s have been on the market for a while, and people choose not to buy them because generally they’re terrible cars, and you get far more bang for your buck when it comes to ICE vehicles.

We will never have a $25K EV to purchase new. I don’t know what you’ve been drinking this morning. When 2027 rolls around, the average new car will probably be around $60K

Of those borrowers, how many have continued to pay their loans, hoping to get ahead? How many have splurged on needless other items assuming the windfall is going to last forever? I

People with shitty eye sight that don’t necessarily do this sort of thing all day, every day.

Me. The answer is “me”.

Super disappointed that wasn’t a red ‘95 Dodge Ram.

A year ago when you folks were out of toilet paper you thought these truckers were heroes.

Sure there are, the Tesla has camera’s watching and recording the driver. In the event of a crash, Tesla’s archive the footage of the driver, mostly so that Elon can point out the dumbass’ that do these things are no the FSD.

High speed. What they mean is speed. Cops and news people.. stop trying to sound smart or cool or technical. Just say speed. Speed is already a rate. Saying a rate of a rate means you’re talking about acceleration. While the Tesla had to have accelerated a some point, it looked like its acceleration was around zero
