...what kind of rifle were you selling that a Fiero was a reasonable trade?
You’re missing the point of my last sentence:
This. A sporty, two seat mid engined coupe with space age plastic body panels over a space frame chassis and an available V6? Sounds perfect until you realize that the suspension and brakes were stolen from the most mediocre cars in GM’s lineup, the V6 took a few years to get to market and wasn’t all that great when…
The useless trunk is a symptom. Don’t forget the cramped interior, cheap build quality, clunky truck transmission, awkward to raise and lower top...They were Miatas seemingly built by someone who looked at the Miata’s spec sheet without ever driving or living with one. The Solstice and Sky completely missed out on the…
Hammond, from the evil mirror universe, came to our universe to bring the crazy, face punching mirror Clarkson back home but got distracted by a Lagonda and some ice cream.
I think (hope actually) that it winds up like the F-111 and F-14. The F-111 was intended to serve as a interceptor and a long range bomber. The F-111 was a passable bomber and strike aircraft, but a terrible fighter. That lead to the F-14, which took the engines, radar and weapons intended for the F-111’s fighter…

That’s a good question that I can’t really answer - by the time I joined the project, the touch screen type had been settled on and most discussion I heard about the touch screen type revolved around EMI issues with a capacitive system. The only thing I could think of is that the packaging of the laser/infrared…
I watched part of it’s development cycle, where fairly late in the game Boeing changed the decompression test spec from reasonable (which the previous design used in the KC-767 aerial refueling officer control/display unit passed without issue) to absurd. Touch displays operate in one of several ways. One of the most…
California seems to ban everything fun, and tax the crap out of everything in the same time zone as fun.
I’m not going to lie - that bugged more than the awful and forced love story.
