Wait, I’m gray? What the hell happened?

No, she’s amazing!

Tact is just not saying true stuff!”

Subscribing to her general life adventures, please.

I’m just about over the nightmares caused by Smile Time, so this looks like my chance to re-up.

No worries, gun nuts, they’re just giving the Santa Fe kids some tips on how many sounds bites it will take to get their SAG cards.

I stopped taking care of my skin when I got braces. The entire lower half of my head hurt, and using my Clarisonic became akin to torture. My pores are like a superfund site right now. It seems like so much work to get my skin back to its former condition and I’m like “meh, at least being a hag is cheaper”.

That’s damned cool. My plan for waking up on fire is to strip the pillowcases off the bed and hope the cats don’t claw a major artery as I stuff them inside.

Never have more pets than people. I now have nightmares about waking up to a house fire and how TF we’ll get everyone out. (Except the fish. Fuck them, they’re already in water.)

It looked like the second sister froze when the first sister stopped time. I thought they were immune to each other? IIRC that’s how Piper always figured out who had powers in a crowd of people.

Sithandra is not impressed.

This is fair and true and yet I’m still mad.

Same. It was a giant bowl of tomato soup and I was a tiny kid. Hurled it all right back up onto the table near the end of the meal.

I though about it and realized my in-laws would cause all the problems, which I guess means I’m in the clear since Mr. Werner is no prince.

I would be down with lasting to 128 but my life goal is to sit quietly and read books without being interrupted, so it’s not like being decrepit would put a big snag in my plans.

Yup! Not eyebrows, where I’d be trying to define a line, but for upper lip/chin where I want everything gone and don’t need precision it works great.

Because she was concerned about it being time-intensive. Tweezing is one strand at a time, threading pulls out an entire row out at once.

Sorry I wasn’t clear, threading isn’t the same as tweezing. But you know what works for you. Hope you find something in your $ range, it really is pricey.

I have see-through skin, very dark hair, and a significant amount of facial hair. If you can tolerate the discomfort, threading is where it’s at. Costs almost nothing (a spool of thread will last you for years) and easy to do on the fly. And just like eyebrow tweezing, it hurts much less when repeated.

Regarding using pressed powder over wet zits: I have used styptic powder with very good results. I ended up taking it out of the “cat supplies” drawer and moving it to my bathroom cabinet.
