That looks so familiar.
That looks so familiar.
Yeah, it definitely avoids the 'only 6 towns in the world' issue that JRPGs used to have.
It's the whole 'turning the other cheek' thing. It's hard to take a deity seriously if their response to everything it to moon it.
I don't really get the love for Lost Odyssey. It does feel kind like it belongs in the FF7/8/9 neighbourhood more than anything else but it seemed to be lacking something to me. Though it stood out on the 360, I think it wouldn't have done on the PS2. It very much reminds of Shadow Hearts 2 in fact, though this…
It rather depends on what you had experienced prior to that in an RPG. I think my experience went something like:-
Might I suggest that you just remember different people like different things. There's not really anything to be gained either side trying to change the other's mind. Your criticisms are valid for you but it's not really going to change what other people got out it, nor should it.
No more so than most of the others. I had a bit of rollercoaster of love/hate with it but I ended up on the love side round about the time the gardens had that big battle.
I liked it, personally.
Sad, but true:(
I always like the Frying Pan combo:)
Someone took COCKpit a little too literally.
Yeah, hilarious...
I would love to live somewhere like that. Looks fantastic:)
Thank you! I knew that looked familiar but I couldn't place it!!
Yeah, people made up their mind to be outraged well in advance. Welcome to the Internet, we have a lack of perspective and always respond with knee-jerk reactions.
There were a lot of things I liked about Xenoblade but I think the combat system was my least favourite thing about it. I personally like to take my time when it comes to making battle decisions so I'll always prefer turn based.
I've seen that film so many times and that's first time I've caught the bit about feasting on breakfast cereals:)
The first one I ever played was 6 (or FF III as it misleadingly said) and you couldn't really tell from the sprites! I think the only artwork I saw for that was the Moogle on the cover:)
To be honest, I'm very rarely a fan of the outfits they use in FF games. In fact I'm struggling to think of an FF character who I thought wore a decent outfit.
That sucks :(
