I thought it looked like a mad CR-Z as well, at least I know I’m not crazy (or that I’m not the only one who’s crazy).

In my (incorrect) opinion, the 456 is the best looking Ferrari of those years.
I had forgotten it was a V8; it’s a derivative of that which should have been put in that Lexus RC-F, or to be really crazy (which I am) in a new Camry trim level (Camry RS or Camry GT-R).
I wish Porsche would do something crazy like making a V4 derived fram their 919 racer, similar to the Metzger derived engines in the previous GT3 models. Manufacturers claim more road-relevance in endurance racing compared to series like F1, so let us get a piece of it!
“Y’all a bunch of gays lookin’ to get beat-up in a hick town?”
When I first saw the photo, I thought it was a dessert pizza: chocolate cookie crust with brownie and peanut butter topping.
Given how heavy Mercedes-Benz cars are, they can take cues from a certain Stuttgart-based manufacturer and start taking stuff off the car for ‘weight saving’. Charge many, many euros more for this and you can easily pay for Hamilton.
In a sense, I agree, however I stopped liking the V8 noise once the rev limits were lowered. 18k RPM for a motor that can push 22k is kinda sad, especially since the V8s were extremely reliable towards the end of that formula.
Anything under eight seconds is incredible, regardless of FWD, for a lap of the ‘Ring. =)
F1 probably isn’t going to change in a meaningful way anytime soon. Payout structures need to be re-thought, and how the prize money is paid shows a large disparity between teams. I’m all for rewarding teams’ good performance, but when Ferrari can have a shit year and still make more money that better performing…
I was wondering that as well. That LF-A V10 would fit the bill nicely; that engine needs to live on in other cars, too.
I dream of the day where a pretty woman walks up to me, thrusts her chest forward, tears open her shirt, and not only shows, but lets me play with, her HEV suit.
“...dents, on the other hand...”
I’m surprised BMW doesn’t offer more colours and simply charge Teutonic prices for them... I thought they had that ‘Individual’ program which allows some customization, unless it was just more shades of gray.
I suppose in another decade we’ll see the BMW 390i which has a 4 and 3/8ths cylinder engine w/ twin-turbo instead of the 9-cylinder (or 9 litres, whichever is crazier) engine the name would suggest.
Given how many editions of the Gallardo were made, maybe a Valentino Balboni model with that sweeeeeet white & gold stripe will make a comeback.
By the time you’ve written ten million articles, you’ll need to write another twenty million since the F1 will have appreciated to an astronomical price.
The noise is legendary, too; the clips I’ve seen of the Mazda Lemans car (787?) show off its incredible noise. It must be ear-shattering to hear in person.
How the fuck does this cunt post when I still get the damned ‘pending approval’ every time I post something legitimate? Fuck this.
I have the same idea, except it blasts eurobeat tunes for the full JDM experience.
