I like how once every few months, I can reread this list and marvel how the writers managed to get it so wrong.

You made some good arguments towards disproving your thesis. Sadly, I don’t see enough that helps prove it.

Something that used to be good, but now suffers from poor writing. And yet people still give it the time of day?

TIL the CBC actually shelled out money for a drama (dramedy?). 

It sort of did. Just not in the way Gretchen envisioned. 

I don’t know that I fully agree with this list (there are clearly omissions in order to cap this at an arbitrary number), but I am on board with AV Club doing rankings based on a somewhat random criteria.

The correct answer is “yes”.

There definitely would've been some product placement for Always. 

Christmas Shoes is both weird and bad, and deserves that #1 placement.

He does seem like a good kid. But it’s been at least 5 years, and he’s shown nothing in terms of presenting or on screen charisma. It's time for Guy to acknowledge that Hunter is never going to happen. 

So everyone loves Matthew Perry except for that person Paulson beat out for the role and Justin Trudeau, who Perry’s friend beat up. 

Unpossible. There was no climactic CGI fight.

I don't know who the fourth person would be, but Fergie, Roseanne and Carl Lewis are part of the Mount Rushmore of terrible renditions of the Star Spangled Banner.
