good ol fiat engineering right there

The Twin Cities metro hipsters treat you like the plague if you don’t use metro transit. I don’t think they understand that murderapolis is a craphole so most ppl live in suburbs and *gasp* many have jobs in the suburbs where the metro transit doesn’t reach. They’re in a liberal panic over the congestion in the twin

Except those all deal with Murderapolis and have nothing to do with St. Paul which is where I always had issues getting a cab. Kinda pathetic when a cab takes 1 hour 45 min to show up, worse when they get mad because you tell them you called an uber after 25 min of no show and had one within 10 min.

the ironic thing is in the Twin Cities taxis ignore certain areas due to “priority” making you have to use an Uber or Lyft.

Sounds like me and AmFam. I was paying $720 for my lancer every 6 months (it’s flagged for idiot owners). Did a quote with esurance and it dropped to $450 with better coverage. AmFam responded with being able to match but i switched out of principal.

This is a shining incident where the incident frequency isn’t tesla’s fault but it’s still reasonable. I mean I drive a lancer (yes the non evo) and have to pay a crappily higher insurance amount because other lancer drives in the past decided to paul walker them walls which wouldn’t be mitsubishi’s fault but still

These 84 month loan ppl are also the reason the average car “price” is 35k. Most ppl are not buying a car that expensive (mine was 16.5 and i had 3k cash and 3k trade in). But there are idiots out there who get a 72 month loan on a $30k vehicle when they make $40k a year and they’re slowly driving up the price of

I don’t really understand this. So like if you get video surveillance of someone murdering someone does that mean because the police weren’t there watching it live then it’s no longer a crime? Because if that’s not the case this idiot should be getting charged! Sounds like a weak DA to me.

NO! #GrandTourOrBust

I don’t know what’s worse, the fact that their attempt at a flying car so far is a drone that crashes harder than a 3 year old using a kite, or that people wan’t to die in blazing infernos when they crash said flying cars because for eff’s sake people can’t even drive their normal cars without crashing every 3 minutes.

exactly. The simple fact that you have to try and haggle even though every dealer now says they can’t is a complete joke. I don’t go into target and have to argue over the price of a snickers, i shouldn’t have to at a dealership either which is probably the reason i avoid buying a car until mines a rolling IED

I’m more confused by it being a brand. the last i knew (although i don’t keep up on crappy korean cars) was that the genesis was a model. Now it’s a brand?!

Instead of agreeing something should be one way there’s gonna be 2000 ppl on here whining about how it could be that way and should be that way but it’s not so what’s the point. The point is it could be and should be that way, so work towards making it happen whether you do it yourself or lobby the piss out of a car

Just put the key with everything else. It’s not a big deal.

I feel like the 8 series is more nostalgia and mystery than an example of something that was actually great.

I think the thing with companies like coke would be diversification. yes everyone has had coke but what other companies can coke parent and then profit off of. The problem in the auto industry is you have to come up with something connected but different. Coke has other beverages from water to juice but still

autonomous cars won’t be profitable for anyone but the companies using them (i.e. Uber who can maintain a car rather than an employee).

EV still uses fossil fuels. 1 you have to blow up a mountain to mine the battery and ship it 8 times around the world. 2 where do you think the electricity is coming from, they aren’t solar powering these EV’s yet.

GM should have been leading the EV movement but they killed their lineup when they butchered the EV-1 and never gave a truly comprehensive explanation (rumor is they cost 90k not 25k but them not announcing was their own blunder).

Suzuki/GM’s unstable transmissions in my “reasonably priced car” (suzuki forenza). Never loved the car, but i never hated it until the day the transmission went out of wack. The diagnosis was “we reset it but either the transmission is about to blow, it’s a bad sensor, or a fluke incident.” my car had 75,000 miles on
