Caleb's work on The Right Stuff and The Natural were arguably two of the best shot films of the 1980s. Both were visually spectacular.

Waterworld suffered from a bloated budget but made decent money at the box. Not great enough to recoup it all, but theaters weren't empty as many had prophesied.

IIRC the credits to the last episode of Bloodline features audio of Shepard playing the guitar with the cast and crew.

And also that Glenn and Shepard both played in the movie, with Glenn playing Shepard (Alan) but Shepard didn't play Glenn (John).

I know Yeager was one of the bartenders in the movie.

The acting, the music, the writing and especially the cinematography…..The Right Stuff is pretty much the perfect movie. It's a work of art, no exaggeration.
