Doesn’t it usually take like 6 minutes for someone to hack into the newest computer things these days?

Well said, I agree totally. Got a great deal on a W220 S600 because lots of people were afraid of the 140k on the clock. The seller got it from Carmax and had an extensive warranty. It had the turbos replaced, head gaskets done, coil packs replaced, suspension pump and hoses replaced; all done under warranty by a…
It was only a matter of time. You guys keep making these cars smarter, and sooner or later they were gonna begin to attack humans. It was inevitable.
Stereo head unit is legit.
Counterpoint, 2000 Toyota Camry, because fvck you, I have bills to pay.
That’s one cool vw beetle.
Take the old girl to the woods...put a steak in front of her face, tell her she was a good girl (lie if you have to), then put a bullet behind her ear. She’s earned it, its the right thing to do.
Bone stock.
Oh sure, she does it and gets fortune and fame; I do it and I’m asked to put my clothes back on by an officer in an In and Out parking lot. THESE DOUBLE STANDARDS!!
That blurple though!
Add the part where you’ve only taken 3 drives in it, and I’ll believe you. haha
Yeah, thats true. Swapping to a subaru engine or a 1.8t audi/vw is about the same cost, but will save lots in the long run.
To an extent, I agree. A lot savings can be had doing it yourself. The amount of experienced mechanics with these engines are dwindling though. And I work in a German auto shop, most customers are not diy’ers.
Rarity of quality parts leads to higher cost. The “while you are in there” syndrom is high, due to lack of maintence. And labor adds up quick with specialists.
Yep that sounds about right.
Haha, its already on “jack stands”, makes sense.
The idiots driving around in the evenings, in the rain, with no headlights on. The stupid clusters these days lighting up with ignition make idiots unaware their lights aren’t on.
A flying frickin car already!!
Like I really needed another reason to want to go visit Japan, thanks....thanks a lot.
