Also worth mentioning what a quality guy he seems to be off the field. He and his wife have been wonderfully nice the few times I’ve seen them around. Everyone I’ve ever talked to who has interacted with them has said the same thing. Good people, the Thomases.

The biggest what if of Thomas’ career is if he had okayed the deal to Denver. They won the Superbowl that year and there’s no way adding one of the best to ever do it makes that team worse.
